The traditional Immunofluorescent test is not Homogeneous immunofluorescent test. Because the reaction time is short, bad uniformity, the precision and the sensitivity of the immunofluorescent test are poor.
With Homogeneous Fluorescent technology, the antigen of the sample and the antibody of the reagent are fully Homogeneous reactions. According to the dynamic monitoring of the fluorescence signal to superimposed signal, to improve the sensitivity, to get more accurate results; for the high concentration solution, after the system acquire enough fluorescent signal, end the reaction in advance and report. According to adding immune reaction time, superimposed the fluorescent signal to assay the micro samples.

b. Short Test Time:

The cTnl can get the result in 4 minutes (traditional fluorescence tests requests around 15 minutes.)

With high-sensitivity fluorescent materials, homogenous immune reaction, and dynamic monitoring technology, Homogenous Fluorescence Analyzer improved the test sensitivity greatly. At 4 minutes, the sensitivity of cTnl can reach 1.6ng/ml; at 10 minutes, Hs-cTnl, the sensitivity can reach 0.04ng/ml.
d. High precision:
With homogenous immune reaction technology which is similar to biochemical chemical Luminescence reaction, the precision could be 5% to 10%, while the precision of the traditional fluorescence analyzer is only 10% to 20%.
