The kit consists of a test card, a pipette tip, and instructions. among them:
The test card is composed of a reagent strip and a plastic box. The main components on the reagent strip are: nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper, and PVC board; the reagent strip is coated with mouse anti-human cTnI monoclonal antibody (0.11μg～1.12μg on each reagent
strip) and goat anti-rabbit IgG (0.20μg～1.50μg on the reagent strip per person); the plastic box English V1.0, 2020-12contains Tris buffer (Tris) (50mmol/L, 150μl～300μl), fluorescently labeled mouse anti-human cTnI monoclonal antibody (The reagent strip contains 0.04μg～0.24μg per person), fluorescently labeled rabbit IgG (the reagent strip contains 0.20μg～1.50μg per person).
Quality control products: It is recommended to use Randox or Wondfo quality control products for quality control; quality control products are batch-specific. For specific information, please refer to the quality control product label and manual.
Calibrator: It is recommended to use our company's composite immune calibrator for calibration;
the composite immune calibrator is batch-specific. For specific information, see the composite immune calibrator label and instructions.
The measurement system can be traced to the hs-cTnI measurement system approved by the drug regulatory authority.
The components in different batches of kits cannot be interchanged or mixed.
Storage and stability
The test card and buffer are stored at 2℃～8℃ for 15 months. The test card aluminum foil bag should be used within 2h after opening. Transportation and storage should be carried out at 2℃～8℃.

Specimen collection and preparation
1. Human serum, human plasma (heparin anticoagulation is recommended), and human whole blood (heparin anticoagulation is recommended) samples.
2. Serum/plasma should be separated or tested as soon as possible after sample collection to avoid hemolysis. If it cannot be determined in time, it should be transported and stored as required.
3. The samples should be transported and stored at 2℃～8℃. Serum/plasma samples can be stored at 2℃～8℃ for 7 days. Whole blood samples can be stored at 2℃～8℃ for 2 days. The samples must be kept still before testing. Set it back to 20℃～28℃. The sample should be
measured within the stable period, otherwise the sample must be collected again.
4. Severe jaundice, hemolysis, and lipemia samples have a certain impact on the test results.
