Sample requirements
1. Human whole blood samples (heparin anticoagulation recommended).
2. Samples should be tested as soon as possible after collection to avoid hemolysis. If it is not measured in time, it should be transported and stored as required.
3. The samples should be transported and stored at 2 ℃～ 8 ℃. The whole blood samples can be kept stable for 2 days at 2 ℃～ 8 ℃. The frozen samples should be kept at 20 ℃～ 28 ℃ before testing. The samples should be determined within the stable period, otherwise the samples should be collected again.

Testing method
