In vitro quantitative determination of the concentration of serum amyloid A in human serum,
human plasma, and human whole blood samples.
This reagent forms a double-antibody sandwich complex with SAA and is equipped with a
fluorescence detector to detect the concentration of SAA in serum, plasma and whole blood.
After the sample to be tested is evenly mixed with the buffer, it is added dropwise to the sample
hole of the test card. The sample reacts with the fluorescently labeled SAA mouse anti-human
monoclonal antibody coated on the sample pad to form an antigen-antibody complex, which is
then chromatographed to nitrocellulose On the plain membrane, it reacts specifically with the
coated SAA mouse anti-human monoclonal antibody and is captured. The amount of captured
fluorescent complex is positively correlated with the concentration of SAA in the sample. The
fluorescence intensity is detected and converted to the SAA concentration according to the
calibration curve calibrated on the ID chip or test card.
Storage and stability
The test card and buffer can be stored at 2℃～30℃ for 24 months, and the buffer solution can
be stored at 2℃～30℃ for 2h after opening the bottle . The aluminum foil bag of the test
card should be used within 2 hours after it is opened. Transportation and storage should be
carried out at 2℃～30℃.
