This reagent forms a double antibody sandwich complex with NT-proBNP, and is detected by a
fluorescence detector, so as to realize the quantitative determination of NT-proBNP
concentration in serum, plasma and whole blood. After the sample to be tested is evenly mixed
with the buffer, it is dripped into the sample hole of the test card. The sample reacts with the
fluorescently labeled mouse anti-human NT-proBNP monoclonal antibody coated on the sample
pad to form an antigen-antibody complex, which is then chromatographed to nitrocellulose On
the plain film, it reacts specifically with the coated mouse anti-human NT-proBNP monoclonal
antibody and is captured. The amount of captured fluorescent complex is positively correlated
with the concentration of NT-proBNP in the sample. The fluorescence intensity is detected and
converted to the concentration of NT-proBNP according to the calibration curve calibrated on
the ID chip or test card.
The kit consists of test card, buffer and ID chip (optional). Among them:
1. Test card: composed of reagent strip and plastic box. The main components of the reagent
strip were: nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper, PVC plate and label pad; the strip was
coated with mouse anti-human NT-proBNP monoclonal antibody (0.28μg-1.12μg on each
reagent strip), rabbit IgG (0.20μg-1.50μg per sample), mouse anti human NT-proBNP
monoclonal antibody (0.03μg-0.10μg per sample) and fluorescein The rabbit IgG (0.20μg-1.50μg)

batch information and calibration curve, and the barcode on the test card only contains batch
information. Applicable to Xincheng Bio's Auto-HFIAS 1000 and HFD-Station models without ID
chip. The basic project information, batch information and calibration curve are marked on the
